Our fantastic previous publisher, Samantha, tipped me off to this amazing program which allows 4th graders to explore the natural beauty of our nation for FREE. Below is information from Every Kid Outdoors' website where you can go for full information and to sign up.
Program Overview:
Every Kid Outdoors allows 4th graders and their family to get free access to hundreds of parks, lands, and waters for an entire year from September through August of their 4th grade year of school. The 4th Grade Pass covers entrance or day use fees at federal recreation sites. Some fees, like camping and special tours are not covered. Private businesses that manage facilities on federal lands may not honor the pass. Contact federal land or water sites directly for questions about pass acceptance and fees.
